Shipment by Express Courier
In order to deliver in Safe, Fast and Reliable ways, we ship by international Express Couriers which grant deliveries worldwide in few days. Products will be delivered to destination postal address specified by you, with the Courier “Standard” service. This service provides the delivery “on front door”, on weekdays, during office hours.

Foreseen delivery date 05/12/2023
In case of delivering in so called "remote zones" an extra 6 euros payment for transport must be paid, this will be clearly indicated while purchasing, after knowing the address of the purchase delivery .

The amount related to the purchase will be only "secured" ("Authorized by the Bank"). The credit card will be charged only the day after the shipment of the products.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return your product within 14 days from the product delivery date (please read the General Conditions of Sale ).
You can use:
- the simplified online reporting system: Online Withdrawal Declaration. Fill the Online Withdrawal Declaration directly through the Order History.
- the withdrawal form by registered letter: Model Withdrawal Form. Download the Model Withdrawal Form fill it and send it to Terashop by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or via fax.
Once the Online Withdrawal Declaration and/or the Model Withdrawal Form have been received, Ecommerce Outsourcing Customer Service will promptly contact you to give you instruction for return and assigning you a specific AMR (Authorized Merchandise Return) that you are asked to use when returning the Product.
We will refund you within few days from receipt of the returned product through a reversal transaction using the same payment method chosen at checkout.
