TONINO LAMBORGHINI RESIDENCES BALNEÁRIO CAMBORIÚ: THE FIRST BRANDED LUXURY REAL ESTATE PROJECT IN BRAZIL
The first residential Tonino Lamborghini branded building in Brazil is under construction in Balneário Camboriú, a well known city of the Brazilian Southern state of Santa Catarina. The structure will offer a perfect combination of style and architecture inspired by the design, the values and the philosophy of the “Charging Bull” brand: clean lines, dynamic shapes and high-quality furnishings. After the official signing with Embraed, one of the major luxury real estate developers in Brazil, in September 2019, the construction of the new building started in December 2020.
The tower is designed to become a point of reference for the real estate market and high-end residential architecture of the city. The project foresees the construction of a 168-meters high building on a total area of 25.000 sqm and will include 67 residential units with an iconic design to offer an authentic total-living experience branded Tonino Lamborghini. The interior design will be furnished with the Tonino Lamborghini Casa collection that includes furnishings, home and office accessories, ceramics of the Luxury Surfaces line, and faucets from the Water Design collection.
