At the 2019 edition of CERSAIE, the International Exhibition of Ceramics for Architecture and Bathroom Furnishings scheduled in Bologna from September 23 to September 27, the brand Tonino Lamborghini will present two important novelties of the Luxury Surfaces line. The collections of ceramic surfaces, produced in collaboration with the Modena-based company GS Luxury Group will be present at Pavilion 20, stand A72.

Under the slogan "Live the experience", a Tonino Lamborghini apartment-like space will be recreated in the stand with all the accessories of the HOME line of the brand: the Luxury Surfaces realized by GS Luxury Group, the Tonino Lamborghini Casa high-end furniture lines manufactured by the Tuscan company Formitalia, the faucets of the Water Design collection by Paini Spa, also on show in Hall 30, Stand B27. The synergy between GS Luxury Group and the other partners of the brand aims to highlight the Tonino Lamborghini Home project: interior design solutions inspired by the stylistic features of the Tonino Lamborghini brand for a total living that extends from the furnishing of prestigious villas in the most exclusive places to the realization of residence-apartment interiors and hotels all over the world.

The Tonino Lamborghini Luxury Surfaces line includes collections of ceramic tiles that harmoniously balance research, innovation and passion. GS Luxury has created a line of surfaces that interprets the Italian style and design of the Toro brand for customers all over the world. In addition to ceramics, elements that belong to the world of luxury sports cars are also used, such as carbon and stainless steel, and material finishes such as metals, enamels and applications that link the collections to the automotive heritage of the Tonino Lamborghini brand.

Among the novelties of CERSAIE 2019, new versions of the continuative lines enriched with decorations inspired by a mechanical design and colors that reflect the historical roots of the brand - such as the INDY collection, glazed with the ancient ceramic technique and available in blue, yellow, red, orange and green. In addition, there will also be two new collections inspired by mythology presented for the first time at the fair:

DEDALO: Inspired by the great architect who, in Greek mythology, built the labyrinth of the Minotaur, this collection is characterized by an interweaving of shapes and signs that refer to a dystopian pattern characterized by a retro futuristic design and to a mechanical world, typical of the brand's automotive heritage.

On the surface of the tile, the textured finishes with metal decorations and tone-on-tone enamels are a tribute to human strength and ingenuity. The pattern made on the surface has circuits and metallic materials that, like a labyrinth, intertwine to give life to a style inspired by engines and engineering.

Size: 120x120cm, thickness 6 mm; suitable for floors and walls; particularly suitable for high-end residentials and commercial areas with medium pedestrian traffic.

ZEUS: This collection is inspired by Zeus, or Jupiter in Latin mythology. The king, the chief of all the gods and of Olympus, the god of heaven and thunder - according to the legend transcribed by the greatest ancient writers such as Homer, Hesiod and taken up by Ovid in his Metamorphoses - fell in love with the Phoenician princess Europa and turned into a white bull to conquer her.

This story remains one of the most important in Greek mythology, in particular because it tells the mythical origins of the name of our continent: Europa represents a woman who, moving from East to West, was able to unite the diverse traditions of several populations.

The line is characterized by a brushed-like grinding made with metallic materials applied on the surface, making it even more vivid and impactful. The metallic reflections made on the surface recall the uniqueness of the legend and the symbolism of the bull, while the scratches of the structure evoke the power and the strength of the brand.
