“Our goal isn’t simply to build properties. We strive to shape intelligent architectures and refined interior design to shape dynamic communities that people love to live and work in. This is the reason why we create signature homes that become neighborhoods, brimming with life and everything we love. Because home isn’t just a place, it’s a feeling. And that’s what we promise to deliver to in all our branded residential projects” – commented Ferruccio Lamborghini, CEO and VP of the Italian Tonino Lamborghini company founded by his father 40 years ago.

NEW ADMINISTRATIVE CAPITAL

New Administrative Capital is an area 45 km east of Cairo meant to be the new Egypt government headquarters with all the country’s government ministries (including around 50,000 employees), around 119 government agencies, the Cabinet’s headquarters, the House of Representative's headquarters, and the Senate. As part of the development, there are also 20 new residential neighbourhoods at the new Capital, which can house up to 6.5 million people. The project is designed to relieve overcrowding in Egypt’s capital city, Cairo, and to boost the country’s economy. To attract investors, the Capital is also built with smart technology throughout. For those living and working in the city, there will be a unified main card, which can be used to enter the Capital and to buy products, services and be used on transport – removing the need for cash. The new Capital is set to have some of the most stringent security in the whole of Egypt too, with a security network on-site, along with a quick-acting system meaning that arising accidents and fires can be dealt with rapidly.
